As the Fire Solutions Outside Sales rep, you will work out of their Brampton or Hamilton office (whichever is closest to you) as well as travel to visit current and potential clients to: acquire new, maintain, and increase existing accounts to increase revenue and profits across all product lines; prepare, create, and modify estimates/quotes for all projects and assist with drawing takes offs; customer follow up; work closely with the purchasing department on available inventory and pricing; participate in sales-driven activities such as training, sales meetings, conferences & trade shows; other sales administrative duties as required.  

OUTSIDE SALES JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years proven sales experience in B2B services with strong prospecting skills (phone, cold calling, in-person) in the fire prevention and life safety industry.
• Technical knowledge of products used in fire protection systems (i.e., fire alarms, fire sprinklers, panels, equipment and materials, extinguishers, fire hoses, etc.).
• Proficient communication (verbal and written) and computer skills.
• Valid “G” driver’s license and clean driving record.
