HVAC Administrative Clerk

$17 - $19/hr
We are immediately looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Administrative Clerk to join Brampton’s leading residential HVAC company. This is a one-year contract position with the opportunity to turn permanent for the right candidate.
Working in a busy and fast-paced environment, the Water Heater Clerk will provide ongoing administrative support and customer service support including, but not limited to:
- Answer all incoming calls, book service calls, confirm equipment type and issues, follow up with any enquiries
- Clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying etc.
- Confirm accuracy of invoices, subcontractor pay, vacation and scheduling requests
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous HVAC or home services industry experience is an asset
The successfully hired Water Heater Clerk must pass a pre-employment background check (References, Criminal).
Compensation
- $17.00 - $19.00/hour
Shifts
Days, 8:00am – 4:30pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday until 6pm).
