As the HVAC Front Parts Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing product information and pricing to customers (phone, email, walk in); determine customer needs and upsell where possible; process all sales orders; update customers on status of orders; replenish stock as needed and assist with inventory management; other duties as required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least two (2) year's experience in a similar role from the HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical Industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
