A Canadian-owned and operated organization who has successfully expanded in the fire prevention industry is immediately hiring a customer-oriented Scheduler/Admin for their office in Brampton, ON.

Schedulers/Admin will coordinate and schedule fire alarm technicians; answer customer questions and concerns (incoming/outgoing phone calls); follow up with customers and clients about post service calls and any outstanding quotes and estimates; other administrative duties as required.
CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years scheduling and customer service experience from either the Fire Protection, Security, HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical Industry
- Proficient communication (verbal and written) and computer skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- $21.00 - $26.00/hour
- Paid Weekly through Direct Deposit

Shifts
Days, 8:30am – 5:00pm (Monday – Friday). OT after 40 hours.
